To ensure the impartiality of all laboratory activities, the top management of our Center hereby makes the following statement on behalf of the management team:
—All laboratory activities are carried out in accordance with relevant national laws, regulations, standards, and norms, under a sound quality management system to ensure scientific and accurate data.
—The independence of our laboratory operations is free from administrative interference. All personnel are strictly prohibited from intervening in testing results to safeguard data impartiality.
—We uphold an objective, impartial, scientific, and confidential approach to all entrusted projects, and strictly prevent any action that may harm client interests.
—Staff members are prohibited from engaging in part-time jobs or technical collaborations that may compromise SWQC®’s impartiality.
—No employee shall solicit gifts, money, or discounted products from clients by taking advantage of their work position.
