Shenzhen Watch & Clock Quality Inspection Center (SWQC) is an authoritative third-party organization established with strong support from the Shenzhen Municipal Government. It serves as a core component of the industry public service platform jointly built with the Shenzhen Watch & Clock Association, and plays a vital role in supporting Shenzhen’s status as the “Capital of China’s Watch Industry.” SWQC is committed to developing a one-stop comprehensive service platform that integrates testing and inspection, technological breakthroughs, innovative research and development, and standards formulation to drive industrial upgrading. Headquartered in the core area of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, SWQC has, for over two decades, remained a gatekeeper and driving force behind the high-quality development of China’s watch industry.

Our Services & Role | 服务职能
As a nationally accredited testing institution holding both CNAS (China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment) and CMA (China Metrology Accreditation) qualifications,SWQC provides comprehensive services including product testing, certification reports, entrusted inspections, and authenticity verification. It actively supports government efforts in counterfeit detection, anti-fraud identification, and disciplinary investigations. Additionally, SWQC carries out professional training and career advancement programs, delivering end-to-end technical support across the entire chain—from factory production to regulatory enforcement.
作为同时具备 CNAS（中国国家认可委批准设立并授权的国家认可机构） 与 CMA（中国计量 认证）资质 的国家认可检测机构，SWQC 提供涵盖产品检测、认证报告、委托验货、真伪查 验在内的全方位服务，并积极协助政府开展打假防伪鉴定和违法违纪鉴定， 同时开展与专业人 才培训和人才晋升项目，实现从工厂生产到监管执法的全链路专业支持。
We also provide professional and efficient factory inspection services，covering multiple dimensions such as production process sampling, finished product quality verification, and process consistency evaluation.
